Holy Beast Online Interface
Screen Description
[1] Character: The main character will always be in the center of the screen.
[2] Status Your character's status, LV, Name, HP, MP, CP, RP, EXP are displayed here.
[3] Map You can open the Field Map and see your surroundings.

Character
To move your character, left-click a spot on the ground where you would like to go, and your character will move towards the area you have clicked on. Now that you know this, you can begin your adventures in Beastia! For more information please check out our Controls Page. (Link added soon~)
Status
[LV] Your character's level.
[HP] Your character's Health Points. These points will decrease when you receive damage.
Your character will die if you lose all of your health points.
[MP] Your character's Magic Points. These points will decrease when you use magic.
[CP] Your character's Chi Points. These points will decrease when you use chi based skills.
[RP] Your character's Rage Points. These points will increase proportionally to the damage you receive.
Map
The blue arrow with the white circle in the center of the map indicates your current location on the map. The buttons on the right of the Map Interface indicate the following (from top to bottom):Double Rectangles: Open World Map
Indicator Light Bulb: The strength of your connection is indicated by the three colors on the status indicator - Green, Yellow, and Red. Green indicates a good connection while Red means that the connection is weak. On the provided picture the user has a good connection (green) with the server.
Cornered Rectangle: Open Area Map
Plus Sign: Maximize Map
Minus Sign: Minimize Map
The red circles represent monsters.The white circle is your character while the blue circles are your group members. The field name and the map coordinates are displayed above and below the map respectively.
Function Window
You can drag the Actions, Item and Skill icons from each window onto the function window. Once in the function window, you can click or press any of the actions that have been assigned to the corresponding F1-F10 function keys for your character to carry out those actions.
Tilted Arrow:Click this icon to change the layout of the function window.
Left - Right Arrow:Click the arrows beside the page number to switch between the 10 pages that are available. Pressing the SHIFT key with any of the F1-F10 keys will display the page that corresponds to the number of the function key pressed.
Dialog Window
Chat text will be displayed.
The size of window can be changed by clicking on the up/down arrow icon. Changing the size of the window will allow more game information to be displayed.
Unnecessary messages will not be displayed by un-checking any of the chat channels: "General", "Private", "Group", "Pack", "Trade", "Global" or "Shout". You can change the displayed text color by clicking on the colored square located next to each chat type. For more information check our Chat Guide. (Link coming soon~)
Target
Target Ring
Information about the character or monster you targeted will appear in the target window. While the Target Ring is appearing you can select and perform your next action by clicking on the appropriate icon from the function window. Targeting with another online character will display a menu that allows the user to invite that player to join a group or begin trading.
Target Window
The information about the character you've targeted will be displayed.You can determine how strong your target is by the color of the window. Depending on the status, an icon will be added around the window.Warp Point
A Warp Point connects the first area on a map to the following area.You can only travel between areas by using Warp Points. Auto-track and Party bonus features need to be activated upon entering a new area.Menu Icons
Clicking on any of the menu icons displayed on the lower right corner of the screen will open up a corresponding menu window related to that icon. We will be explaining you the meaning of these icons from left to right so bear with us.
Character
The character icon is the first icon on the menu and will bring up the character status window.
Level: Your character's current growth status.
Strength: This is related to your character's HP and physical attributes.
Dexterity: This is related to your character's physical attack and strength.
Intelligence: This is related to your character's MP and magical attack strength.
Agility: This is related to your character's accuracy, evasion and accuracy of movement.
Spirit: This is related to your character's accuracy of magic, evasion and defense.
Toughness: This is related to your character's concentration and natural recovery.
Physical Attack: This is related to your character's weapon and barehanded attacks.
Physical Defense: This is related to your character's defense from physical attacks.
Critical: This is related to the 2x power ability for physical attack.
Magic Attack: This is related to your character's magic power.
Magic Defense: This is related to your character's defense from magic attacks.
Magic Critical: This is related to the 2x power ability for magic attacks.
SP: This is related to the amount required to learn new skills.
Elemental Endurance: Resistance to Elemental.
Mystic Endurance: Resistance to Mystic magic.
Light Endurance: Resistance to Light magic.
Dark Endurance: Resistance to Dark magic.
Backpack
The backpack is the second menu icon and lets you see equipped items and items that you currently carrying.Items: Available equipment and items will be shown and stored here.
Quest: The items related to a quest and specific quest items will be shown here.Items stored here are not able to be selected.
Vender: You are able to sell the items you have by using the Market feature, to do so, simply click on the Vender icon.
Skill Window
The skill window is the third menu icon and will display the skills your character has learned.Normal: Basic skills related to your character's movement.
Class: The battle and recovery skills which correspond to your job class.
Express: By clicking on the Emotion icon, you are able to display your feelings.
You can drag & drop the icons from the skill window into the function window. You can then activate your skills by pressing the F1-F10 function keys.
Quest Window
The quest window is the fourth menu icon and will display the quests your character has received.You can receive quests from an NPC that has a yellow exclamation above their head. If you see a gray exclamation mark that means that you are not ready to receive the quest. You have not fulfilled the conditions required to receive the quest and this is highlikely due to not having the sufficient level.
Once you fulfill the conditions of the quest that you received from the NPC, a yellow exclamation mark will be shown. Reporting back to the NPC with the yellow exclamation mark will complete your quest.
If you see a gray exclamation mark, this means that not all of the conditions required to complete the quest have been completed.
Quest target: The conditions required to complete a quest.
Instruction: The details of a quest.
Quest reward: Reward you will receive when you complete a quest.
You can receive 20 quests maximum at the same time and you can abandon a quest at any time.
Community Window
The community window is the fifth menu icon and will display the quests your character has received.Area: Area of your current location.
Battle Merits: The Battle Merits points obtained.
Connecting:The character currently Online will be displayed.
Details: You are able to change the layout for: "Character Name, Area, Battle Merits" and "Character Name, Job, Level."
[Friend]
New: Enter your friend's character name and then press "OK" to apply registration.
Delete: Delete a friend you've selected from the friend list.
Private: Able to send a private message to the character you've selected.
Group: Able to invite a character you've selected to join your group.
[Reject]
Neglect: Complete a registration by entering the character name you want to neglect and press OK. A secret message will not be displayed from a character registered with neglect.
Delete: Delete a character name registered from the list.
[Group]
Information: Able to see the information about your group.
Dropout: Allows character to Dropout from your group.
Management: This is the Management menu for a group. Only the group member who has management authority will be able to make use of this menu.
Settings Window
Option Window
The settings window is the sixth menu icon and will allow you to change your in-game settings.Video: Adjust your screen settings. More details below.
Sound: Adjust your sound seetings. More details below.
Help: Opens up the help menu.
Back: Return to the character selection screen.
Shutdown: Quit HolyBeast Online.
Screen Settings Window
Basic Setting: Able to set the image quality of the game - low, medium or high. Set to "Low" if you feel your character's movements are heavy, this might improve character movement.
Setting Details: Able to set details of game image quality. Depending on your PC's settings and graphics card, the environment image quality could be affected.
Sound Settings Window
Sound Volume: This is the volume setting for the BGM in the game.
SE Volume: This is the volume setting for Battle sound and Environment sound.
Repeat: Able to set GBM circulation and intervals.
