Wetlands The Soultree Everglades Over time, the springs dotting this flat landscape turned it into a marshland. Moss and lichen grow in profusion, blanketing even the ancient ruins still standing. It's said that a powerful magician lived here as a hermit, then vanished without a trace. The magic he left behind altered the region's creatures, resulting in strange and enlarged flora and fauna.
