This is a basic guide on how to utilize the Equipment Template for Dragon Nest. Please always read template guides before using, as there are usually very specific instructions which should be followed!


Copy the following template onto a new page, named after the equipment's name. (type the name of the page you want to go to via your URL bar.) Try searching for the page first however, it may already exist!


Example, Clover's Armguards will go on Clover's Armguards.

Name
The Equipment's name goes here. This affects the image name as well. However, if the equipment image is already used in a previous equipment, please type the previous equipment's name. For example: Charity Necklace has the same image of Grace Necklace (which is the most simple equipment), then the "Name" used in Charity Necklace code is "Grace Necklace". The Wiki already has the image in its database, so there is no need to add the same image used in Charity Necklace again.
Set
The set that the Equipment belongs to.
Level
The Equipment's level. Please, add in the last lines: [[Category:Level __CL LEVEL__ TYPE1|{{PAGENAME}}]]. Make sure to edit the __CL LEVEL__ part with:
  1. 01-10: For equipments level 1 to 10;
  2. 11-20: For equipments level 11 to 20;
  3. 21-30: For equipments level 21 to 30;
  4. 31-40: For equipments level 31 to 40;
  5. 41-50: For equipments level 41 to 50;
  6. 51+: For equipments above level 51.
Class
Is the name of the Class that use the equipment. For example: Cleric.
Type
The equipment's type.
  1. Headgear - all equipment used to cover the head (located on Headgear Slot of Character General Window). Ex: Trainee Headband
  2. Upper Armor - all equipment used to protect the upper body (located on Upper Armor Slot of Character General Window). Ex:
  3. Lower Armor - all equipment used to cover the lower body (located on Lower Armor Slot of Character General Window). Ex:
  4. Gloves - all equipment used to cover the hands (located on Gloves Slot of Character General Window). Ex: Prelude Armguards
  5. Shoes - all equipment used to cover the feet (located on Shoes Slot of Character General Window). Ex: Novice Sorceress High Heels
  6. 1st Weapon - all equipment used to attack as a primary weapon (located on Primary Weapon Slot of Character General Window). Ex:
  7. 2nd Weapon - all equipment used to attack as a secondary weapon or to protect the body, as a shield for Priests (located on Secondary Slot of Character General Window). Ex:
  8. Necklace - all equipment used as an accessory to the neck (located on Necklace Slot of Character General Window). The equipment is not visible. Ex: Grace Necklace
  9. Ring - all equipment used as an accessory to the fingers (located on Ring Slots of Character General Window). The equipment is not visible. Ex:
  10. Earrings - all equipment used as an accessory to the ears (located on Earrings Slot of Character General Window). The equipment is not visible. Ex: Knightly Copper Earrings
  11. Crest - all equipment used as a crest (located on Crest Slot of Character General Window). The equipment is not visible. Ex:
  12. Wings - all equipment used as wings (located on Wings Slot of Character Costume Window). Ex:
  13. Tail - all equipment used as a tail (located on Tail Slot of Character Costume Window). Ex:
  14. Decal - all equipment used as ? (located on Decal Slot of Character Costume Window). Ex:
  15. Spirit - all equipment used as ? (located on Spirit Slot of Character Costume Window). Ex:


Rarity
The Equipment's rarity. There are 6 rarity types: Normal, Magic, Rare, Epic, Unique, Heroic.
Durability
The Equipment's durability. Type the max durability.
Basic Stats (HP, MP, Str, Int, Agi, Vit, Wil, PDm, MDm, Def, MDf, MP Regen)
The Equipment basic stats values in the order as the brackets.
Elemental Attributes (Thunder, Fire, Ice, Dark)
The Equipment elemental attribute values in the order as the brackets.
Debuffs Attributes (Poison, Paralyze, Burn, Frozen, Sleep, Stun, Slow, Critical, Speed)
The Equipment debuff attribute values in the order as the brackets.
Elemental Resistances (ThunderR, FireR, IceR, DarkR)
The Equipment elemental resistance values in the order as the brackets.
Debuffs Resistances (PoisonR, ParalyzeR, BurnR, FrozenR, SleepR, StunR, SlowR, CriticalR)
The Equipment debuff resistance values in the order as the brackets.
Possible Stat Variations (RandomStats)
Additional stats that modify stats on the clean item are placed here. Use

Desc
The Equipment's description.
Shop
If the Equipment is purchased with a NPC, type NPC's name. Add the parameters below:
  1. ShopMap - Type the Map where the NPC, who is selling the equipment, is located.
  2. BuyPrice - Type the amounts of Gold, Silver, and Copper needed to buy the equipment with the NPC, using the Cost Template.

Quest
If the Equipment is a reward from quests, type the Quest(s) names. Please, add in the last lines: [[Category:Quest Reward|{{PAGENAME}}]].
ChestMap
If the Equipment is obtainable from a chest, type the Map name where you can find the chest. Please, add in the last lines: [[Category:Chest Item|{{PAGENAME}}]].
Monster
If the Equipment is dropped by a monster, type the Monster name and level. Please, add in the last lines: [[Category:Monster Drop|{{PAGENAME}}]].
Craft
If the Equipment is obtained by crafting, type the Lustre Comsuption item. Please, add in the last lines: [[Category:Crafted Item|{{PAGENAME}}]].
Bind
If the Equipment is bindable (can be bind), type "Yes", if not, type "No".
Extract
If the Equipment is extractable (can be extracted items from it by an Extractor NPC), type "Yes", if not, type "No".
Enhance
If the Equipment is enhanceable (can be enchanced), type "Yes", if not, type "No".
Trade
If the Equipment is tradable, type "Yes", if not, type "No".
Mail
If the Equipment is mailable (can be sent by mail to other Player), type "Yes", if not, type "No".
Notes
Any additional information that should be noted, goes here.
Category
The last few lines is for adding the page to Equipment categories.
  1. The master category [[Category:Equipment|{{PAGENAME}}]] must be added for all equipments.
  2. The first category has two parts: the first one belongs to Equipment level (like described above in Level); the second one belongs to Equipment basic type, if it is a Weapon (primary and secondary weapon slots, but shield), using to attack, an Armor (armors, plus shield), using to protect/defend, or an Accessory (as below), or a Spirit (avatar).
  3. The second category has __TYPE1__ part. Edit like described in the previous category (Weapon/Armor/Accessory/Spirit).
  4. The third category you'll type what is the type of the Weapon or Armor (edit the __TYPE2__ part; the name in brackets [ ] is to be used in Set Tables).

      1. Greatsword [GSword] - Primary Weapon used by Warriors.
      2. Gauntlet [Gaunt] - Secondary Weapon used by Warriors.
      3. Axe - Primary Weapon used by Warriors.
      4. Hammer - Primary Weapon used by Warriors.
      5. Short Bow [ShBow]- Primary Weapon used by Archers.
      6. Bow - Primary Weapon used by Archers.
      7. Crossbow [CrBow] - Primary Weapon used by Archers.
      8. Quiver - Secondary Weapon used by Archers.
      9. Staff - Primary Weapon used by Sorceresses.
      10. Grimoire [Grim] - Primary Weapon used by Sorceresses.
      11. Orb - Secondary Weapon used by Sorceresses.
      12. Puppet - Secondary Weapon used by Sorceresses.
      13. Mace - Primary Weapon used by Priests.
      14. Flail - Primary Weapon used by Priests.
      15. Wand - Primary Weapon used by Priests.
    2. Armor
      1. Shield - Secondary Weapon used by Priests.
      2. Headgear [Head] - Headgear used by all classes.
      3. Upper Armor [Upper] - Upper Armors used by all classes.
      4. Lower Armor [Lower] - Lower Armors used by all classes.
      5. Gloves [Gloves] - Gloves used by all classes.
      6. Shoes [Shoes] - Shoes used by all classes.
    3. Accessory
      1. Necklace [Neck] - Necklaces used by all classes.
      2. Ring - Rings used by all classes.
      3. Earrings [Ear] - Earrings used by all classes.
      4. Crest - Crests used by all classes.
      5. Wings [Wing] - Wings used by all classes.
      6. Tail - Tails used by all classes.
      7. Decal - Decals used by all classes.
  5. The fourth and fifth categories belongs to Equipment origin and use by character (edit the __ORIGIN__ part; more will be coming later).
    1. In-Game - Equipment obtained in-game.
    2. In-Game Event - Equipment obtained in-game in an Event.
  6. If the Equipment have other categories (see items above), please add them.
